Who We Are
President C. W. Mayes, Jr., founded Drives & Conveyors, Inc. in 1976 as a specialty lubrication business. From the initial two-man operation in Corbin, Kentucky, the company grew into a 20 employee team with a second location in Norton, Virginia, a sales office in Andersonville, Tennessee, and over 21,000 square feet of combined warehouse space.
Over the years, Drives & Conveyors, Inc. evolved and expanded its range of expertise with the goal of providing the best products and services to the industries in our region. We achieved this goal and are now the leading independently owned power transmission and material handling company in our market area. |
